What cookies are and how we use them
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Some maintain your session and protect forms; others recognize visits, measure campaigns, or analyze interactions. Scripts and similar technologies may also be used.
Essential cookies
- Session: maintains form state, validation messages, and the link to your assessment. Its duration is determined by the site's session settings (currently 120 minutes of inactivity).
- Security: protection against forged requests uses the session and may use the XSRF-TOKEN cookie. It has no advertising purpose.
- Preferences: arcano_privacy stores your cookie choice for 180 days. If you delete it, you will be asked to choose again.
These technologies provide the features you request. Blocking them in your browser may prevent form submissions or session functionality.
Optional measurement and providers
Only after you choose “Accept optional” do we store visit and campaign sources in the session and potentially associate them with a contact request. Configured third-party tools also wait for that permission. Declining does not prevent you from generating an assessment or submitting a request.
There are currently no Google, Meta, or Clarity integrations configured directly on this site. Optional measurement is limited to the source of visits and requests.
Change or withdraw your permission
You can accept optional tools or choose “Essential only” at any time. Your new choice takes effect when the site reloads. Withdrawing permission stops optional scripts from loading and removes campaign attribution from the session.
We also attempt to remove known measurement cookies accessible from this site. We cannot delete cookies on external domains or retrieve information already sent with your previous permission. To remove the rest, use your browser's cookie controls and, where applicable, the provider's privacy channels.
External links and changes
When you open WhatsApp, a booking platform, or an external link, that service manages its own technologies and preferences. This choice only controls Código Arcano's integrations.
